Fred Zumpano Design & Construction, a contractor
whom we have worked with for many years, came to us with a client that had a great
interest in obtaining a heating system that could provide better comfort than a
conventional forced air system. The contractor not being afraid to step out of the
conventional building methods to bring his customers the right solutions thought Radiant
Heating was the right choice. |

We sat down with
the Builder and Owner and designed a Radiant systems that meet the needs of all parties,
without sacrificing comfort or efficiency of the system. The result for this 5000sq ft
home was a 10 zone radiant system with a weather responsive control package. The Owner and
Builder are now Radiant Heating system believers! |
| Mr Roberts came to us
looking for a Fully Heated Radiant home. Being an engineer he researched extensively the
concepts and longevity of a radiant system. After selling himself on the benefits we where
contracted to provide a Radiant System that would provide all the comfort and efficiency
he knew it could. On those cold winter mornings the Robert’s will surly enjoy the
warmth of a radiant heated kitchen floor. |

| We installed a Complete
Wirsbo System. This included Wirsbo tubing and control package. This control package is a
fully integrated control. This control package monitors both the indoor and outdoor
temperatures and modulates the boiler temperature and system supply temperature. This
smart control will only send the needed amount of heat to each zone that is needed. This
control strategy provides the most constant temperature control possible. Mr Roberts took
comfort with us installing a full Wirsbo Product Package. |

This photo shows a
radiant heating system being install over an existing basement floor. Basements make good
rec rooms, offices and laundry rooms except for one exception; the floor is usually very
cold. A cold floor can make a living space very
uncomfortable. With this flooring material with its integrated radiant tubing we can make
a basement the coziest room in the house. The best part being we can usually utilize your
existing heating equipment to do this.

This product also works well
over other existing floors where radiant heating is desired. This product was designed for
retrofitting existing homes or offices with radiant heating. With this system we can
minimize the amount of additional work that is involved in a typical retrofit project. |
